黄金可可戚风蛋糕

黄金可可戚风蛋糕 






        再试一个黄金可可戚风蛋糕, 这一回用大一点的烤模,有“烟囱”的。做这类蛋糕一直紧记要烤得透,结果烤炉“叮! ”了又“叮!”,我还是不敢取出。 烤了那么久蛋糕都还湿润,幸亏!。



        这蛋糕甜度略低,若加上雪糕或巧克力酱会更可口,可是我走捷径,用巧克力片。

    Thanks a lot. Will give it a try this year end. Why that long? Ha, b'cause we shall have a long shut down.

    I'm a working mum with 3 young children. Beside daily cooking and housekeeping aredi drives me crazy.
