  酸辣香茅鸡 和 虾米蛋包菜 






        这一道酸辣香茅鸡是妈妈常煮给我吃的,今天我煮给她吃。酸酸辣辣很开胃,适合我的家人。连不吃辣的老二现在也不落人后,大吃特吃。

    1.Blend together shallot,lemongrass, chili and marinade your chicken with salt and sugar to

    taste. Fry the blended ingredients and then put in your chicken. Pour some vinegar and

    enough sugar to get the right taste. Fry till cook.

    2. Pound your dried shrimp and garlic, fry it till slightly brown, put in your cabbage and fry

    with some oyster sauce. When the vege is partially cook, pour in some egg and pepper and

    fry till it is done.
